Dhaliwal Family Opens New Indian Restaurant, Manzil, at Kismet Estate Winery
December 2023 marks the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter at Kismet Estate Winery. The Masala Bistro Restaurant, which had been leased and operated by employees for several years, has officially closed its doors. In its place, the Dhaliwal Family, owners of Kismet Estate Winery, are proud to announce the grand opening in May 2024 of their brand-new Indian restaurant, Manzil.
The transition from Masala Bistro to Manzil is more than just a change of name. It represents a complete transformation of the space and concept. The Dhaliwal Family has meticulously renovated the building to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere, offering a dining experience that is distinctly different from its predecessor.
New Concept
Manzil is not just another Indian restaurant. Moving away from a basic traditional menu, Manzil introduces a diverse array of unique dishes highlighting the rich culinary traditions of different regions. Each dish is carefully crafted to showcase the variety of flavors that exist throughout the country.
The restaurant embraces a shared plates concept, inspired by the Indian cultural tradition of sharing meals family-style. At Manzil, we believe a restaurant should reflect this ethos, creating an environment where guests can enjoy a communal dining experience.
